Mac players, your arrow keys work now

• On Safari for Mac the arrow keys did absolutely nothing, which is a rough way to play a steering game. Fixed: left is left again.
• Small phones get a menu button you can actually reach. On narrow screens it used to hang off the edge.
• The first-round "Turn left" hint no longer bumps into the game mode badge on small phones.
• Big countdown numbers no longer flash up in a fancy script font while the game's own font loads.
